Here are the options percentages.

Traditional = 53% sugar, 45% fruit, 2% Pacific Pectin Mix

Low Sugar = 55% fruit, 42% sugar, 3% Pacific LM-3 Pectin

No Sugar Added = 95% fruit, 5% Pacific LM-0 pectin

We use Pacific Pectin Mixes which are gluten free.
